Mini Weekend Getaway!

I'm like half wanting to write this post now but half of my mind is FASTER PUT THE DVDS IN THE DVD PLAYER!!! My mum took the effort to go to jp to help collect my dvds from singpost which we missed the delivery when it came last sunday as all of us were shacked in the room watching naruto! HELL YEAH AFTER THIS IMMA WATCH SOME DVDS!!

Fun, Joy, Laughter all happened in that short 2d1n vacation to batam with the 2 girls! first time ever we went on a vacation together and that weekend will always be one of the most fun vacation i've ever had! Super impromtu us, decided to one day on watsapp say: eh go batam. then all of the sudden, our ferry and hotel were booked and we were ready to take off in like a few days times HAHAHA!

Kind parents fetched us to the ferry terminal as our ferry in the noon when everyone is already awaked kekekeke! Stupid ginny la give hint to my father cause suppose-ingly both ginny and jiaying have never seen our car before but when we drove to fetch them they waved to the car and my dad was telling me: why they know what our car looks like ah i never drive them before? i had to reply: you drive so many of my friends you ownself also dont remember HAHHAHAH shhh we 3 will take our midnight "secretly drive out" secret to our graves LOL!

Was still slowly strolling, buying mac, and all of the sudden the monitor shows: Batamfast to batam centre last call. FUCK! We 3 ran like mad to check in!!! Never once was my departure a smooth one seriously! Hence, we 3 had mac inside the ferry we must have made other passengers jealous lol they were looking at us as we were eating

Reached! Touch down! Batam time around noon, it was already drizzling when we arrived and drizzling when we left HUL! It seriously was like some bad omen! But we are too cool for that shit yaw! Still super love harris's service after so long they still provide the best service with the most friendly staff ever you can find! 3rd time in this hotel and will continue staying in this hotel whenever i'm here! As i've sent in my arrival time to harris beforehand, so our room was already ready and prepared at 11am instead of the usual check in time 2:30pm!

The moment we step into the room, me and jiaying hurried and rushed to the beds LOL and marked our territory that those beds are ours HAHAHA we totally pushed ginny to the extra bed at the window but actually all the beds are the same. Childish fights LOL!

Prepared ourselves and waited for isabella massage to call us and make our grand entrance in a chauffered car HAHAHAHAH! i forgot what we talked about but we were laughing at some china kpop channel and this jiaying keep refusing to leave the room, ginny still taking her own sweet time washing her idk what she washing also!

Isabella moved a few shops away from their previous one and this time their massage rooms are huge and private when previously it was like a shared room with strangers! Thumbs up for the upgrade, but upgrade also means massage price upgrade also lol it became like 1.5times more ex which we are damn willing to pay if you compare it to singapore. Good points- Private room, own toilet and bath bad point- NO CURTAIN so we can see each other naked wtfbbq ahahhahahah i saw them naked accidently when i turned i think jiaying had the most stressful time as she's in the middle lol!

OMG thinking back i think we're all stupid to go book the package please with body mask. freaking body mask they use the brush people use when bbq-ing corn those kind and when the cold body mask thingy went on your body i totally felt how chickens feel when they are marinated damn disgusting! I love the massage and the ear candle though! next time never take body mask people lol

Ended aroudn 4pm and we were like so freaking hungry we skipped lunch and we 3 are like so picky in the end we chose godiva cafe their food is good except i think the seafood platter abit wasted quite ex also but the fizzy drink,curly fries, chicken wings and my fried rice is daebak!

Jiaying and her tomyum forever seriously go batam also can let her find tomyum to eat. you see this tomyum like nothing and looks like it doesn't taste nice but never ever judge a book by it's cover ok! It taste freaking good. Not thailand kind of good but batam kind of good you get it? AHAHAH

Shopping time ftw! seriously nagoya hill mall improved sooooo much last time there was seriously nothing but this time the whole mall like went through a transformation please we were sooo caught up in shopping ESPECIALLY AT REVLON AND MAYBELLINE that we unanimously voted to skip our seafood dinner and shop instead too broke LOL! this trip made me see how shopper jiaying and ginny are i never thought they were the shopping type at all one

As our last stretch of shopping in nagoya, we went to stock up our supplies for the night in their hypermart! Everything can be found there it's just whether you dare to use it anot i bought like sooooooooooooooo many snacks sigh should have bought more they have more variety there sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

saw many kids touching the fries with their bare hands and playing with it like they're at some beach making sandcastle like that please! gross outtttttttt but i guess they're fine with it if they're fine im fine lol!

Bought a hugeeeee packet of jelly and when i went to weigh the jellies, i was so shocked that the whole bag of jellies only came up to be like $2 SGD LOL! Best buy ever jellies imma fill my whole luggage next time lol! Durians were cheap too we 3 had the itchy urge to buy it seriously but then cannot bring to hotel sigh

Driven back by isabella massage to our hotel and were greeted with a card and complimentary fruits by harris!

My non-eatable loots for the day! Super super super good revlon buys please! one nail polish cost around 29,000 rupiah there which is like $4 sgd? singapore sell for $13.90 you know! and the lipsticks also i forgot how much but singapore selling $29

me and jiaying applied nail polish to all our nails to kill time and forgot about our empty stomach while waiting for ginny to come out of her very long bath

OH YA forgot to mention this our dinner! i think this is like the best times in every overseas trips leh must at least have 1 night eat inside hotel and must have cup noodle and chicken AHAHAH The pop mie is damn nice, crepe is damn nice, but the kfc chicken was meh only it's the first time i think kfc chicken is just average lol but we had a good chat while watching tv and it's times like this that are the best right!

The 2 girls say want ton and play cards till maybe wee hours and sleep abit but the jiaying on my left k.o at 12am and the girl on my right k.o-ed at the same time as me i think around 1am lol i had such a good night sleep must be the effect of the massage!

RISE AND SHINE~~~~~ 2nd morning waking up to a great view~~~~~~ totally slacked in the hotel after we woke up by jiaying's noise at 7am and slack slack ate snacks slack slack slack till maybe say 9am? washed up and went to mega mall for breakfast lol. i feel embarassed saying this lol read about the details below

Very warm hearted welcome card from harris!

OK The embarassing story starts here! We walked into pizza hut at 9AM. I repeat. 9.A.M in the morning and were greeted with the menus by the staff as always, and within 1 minute we started ordering like no tomorrow at i repeat again... 9.A.M in the morning LMFAO! Then after we ordered when the waitress repeat our order she gave us that "singaporeans eat so much" face and even asked twice if this is our confirm orders lol we 3 still give the "we very confident can finish" face, smiled and reply yes to her LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Sooo.... we ordered, soup for each of us buffet style, one pasta each, 1 large pizza with extra crust (meaning the crust area got hotdog and hashbrown LMFAO) chicken wings and i knew in the end we can't finish it LOL only the saikang warrior jiaying managed to eat like 2 servings ginny barely touched her noodles she say got weird smell on the green noodles! The total bill came up to be like $30 only damn freaking cheap in singapore 1 pizza that size already $30

Last grocery shopping to stock up for singapore before we check out of the hotel so we have some time to go back and pack our luggage lol i feel like im opening a pad market see the amount of pads i bought

Our last shot with the hotel sighhh we 3 almost agreed to stay another night please 2d1n is not enough i conclude!!!

I have already warned the 2 girls to bring luggage see la dont listen to me then never bring extra bag end up have to use those plastic bags to bring things back tsktsk! Checked out, left our luggage in the luggage keeping room and back to megamall we go! This time to just walk around, absorb and enjoy what batam is LOL! i wished i really did that we ended up shopping again LOL!

Mega mall changed alot please the small timezone is not like hugeass size see the carousal SEEEEE IT! Was excited like a kid when i stepped inside got bowling also! But didn't get to play any damn saddd too many people le maybe cause it was a sunday

Instead! we head to this very nice froyo cafe! self make froyo and the owner is very attentive and kind when he talked to us! he even gave us a macaroon on the house as a welcome to his homeland sort of thing and the macaroon is niceeeeeeee! froyo is nice too mine cost only like $4 sgd when in singapore this amount could easily go up to $9 for sure

LOL After walking we went into j.co again! LMAOOO! Was toooooo thursday please bought green tea for like $1 sgd and it comes with a free donut lmfao! worth worth worth worth! While we were enjoying our time in j.co, the main stage had to had some metal rock singing guitar competition wah freaking metal la all the competitors were not singing they were shouting the song out T.T My very clear ear suffered because i went for ear candle the day before lol

OMGOMGOMG OH YA FORGOT TO MENTION ON OUR LAST HOUR, I found this shop that sells dr martens authentic one! AAAAAAAAH BOUGHT A PAIR OF CLASSIC FOR $100 I THINK!? DAMN WORTH DAMN DAMN DAMN WORTH IT!!!

It was a really fruitful and fun weekend trip i think 3 months can go 1 time i dont mind really onlly like $80 per person! but but make sure to go to the terminal early we were late for our departure so many people some couldnt even board the ferry in the end and the whole trip got delayed say for 30 mins!
